Your first date is definitely not the best time to ask for things. If they buy you things, great! But don’t demand things and potentially place them in a bad place financially at the very beginning of your relationship.
Spending more than what you can to impress the partner
When you show an effort to impress your date, there are times when you may feel that it is necessary to go overboard to make a memorable night. Remember that it is important to have fun but definitely not at the cost of your bank account. Check your finances and add up the exact amount you can afford to spend for a single night.
